The managerial systems of human resources characterizing the Organizations of the new millennium require the expertise of knowing, assessing and improving.

It will become thus fundamental knowing how to choose, recognize and diversify potentialities
that permit a more effective fulfilment of the goals.

The Assessment of the Potential and Skills are effective diagnostic tools, supporting the Organization, regardless of its size, structure or range of activity. They give the chance, to those operating in Human Resources, to understand and manage any possible critical situations, in order to re-adjust and calibrate the Organization's strategies.

In particular, today, with the possibility of fast changes, the Assessment of the human Potential becomes even more a key element for a organized management and a planned estimation
of the Human Resources.

The main goal of the Assessment of the Potential is, specially in moments of organizational change, making visible the available resources, and knowing full well their possible and diversified development.

The Assessment of the Potential consists of spotting the skills and competencies that the individual normally does not use, as they are not required by the position he's holding.

Therefore it's a future-oriented assessment, which is necessary each and every time the development is involved.

Our professional intervention consists in collecting data (informations) regarding different and well defined personalities, through scientifically proven psychodiagnostic techniques (assessment center, projective tests, simulations concerning company situations, interviews,
ad hoc tests, role-play, problem solving situations, personality testing).
